Fall Into Dance – 6-Week Program
Join us for 6 sessions of music, movement, and fun! Do you miss those days of dancing to your favourite songs and simply enjoying the freedom to move? This program offers a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can move as much or as little as feels right for you. There are no steps to learn and no experience required—just an opportunity to reconnect with your body through dance in a supportive environment. Each session begins with a brief opening circle followed by a playlist of danceable music. All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and inside shoes or dance in bare feet.
